However, free membership then will only entitle you to participate in some of the features available as part of the Service. In order to access some additional premium features, you must become a paying subscriber to the Service by purchasing one of our paid subscription plans.
2. Pricing Disclaimer and Reservation of Right: We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information with respect to the services and subscriptions. We reserve the right to modify and update the prices of our subscriptions plans at any time at our sole discretion. However, the subscription that you purchase at a certain price shall hold good for you until the next billing cycle.

5. Uptime and refunds

Text AInstein will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the platform and Services available for access 95% of the time, measured on a monthly basis, excluding Planned Outages. “Planned Outages” shall mean the installation of upgrades, routine application, server, or network configuration changes, and other reasonable maintenance activities. Text AInstein will post an advance announcement of any Planned Outage or intimate you about the same through any other way. IN CASE OUR SYSTEM UPTIME IS LESS THAN 95% IN A PARTICULAR MONTH, IN THAT CASE, YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE 100% REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION OF THAT PARTICULAR MONTH ALONE.

5. Cancellation

Apart from refunds provided as per Section 5, we do not offer any refunds for the subscriptions purchased through us, either for the reason of partial use, non-use or for any other reason whatsoever. However, if you do not find our services useful, you can cancel at any time. Please note, the subscription will only end at the end of your current billing cycle. 6. Governing law and dispute resolution

Unless provided by the relevant statute, rules or directives applicable to the jurisdiction in which you reside, in case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services, or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms of Service.
