You're mid-color. Gennie books the next client.
You can't stop a cut to answer the phone, and callers who reach voicemail book somewhere else. Gennie answers, takes every booking request with the service and the time they want, lets you know about today's cancellations, and declines product reps.
Three calls, handled.
What Gennie says, and what happens next. You get a summary of every call.

Good to know.
Does Gennie book straight into my calendar?
Not yet. Gennie takes the request (name, service, preferred day and time, callback number) and sends it to you right away, so you confirm the slot.
Can it tell callers my prices and hours?
Yes. Add your hours, services and prices in a few lines, and Gennie answers those questions.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number and your phone. You dial one short code so calls go to Gennie when you don't answer, or for every call. Turning it off is one code too.
Will callers know it's an AI?
Gennie answers as your receptionist, tells callers the call may be recorded, and if anyone asks, it says it's an AI assistant. It never pretends to be you.
